How far is the hotel from the beach?
The Viamare Hotel is facing the sea directly on the pedestrian promenade of Milano Marittima
How far is the Hotel from the center of Milano Marittima?
The Viamare Hotel is about 800m from the center of Milano Marittima and only 300m from the beautiful Borgo Marina promenade that runs alongside the historic Port of Cervia.
Where can I park my car?
The Viamare Hotel does not have an internal car park but in the immediate vicinity there are areas where you can park for free or pay parking along the road.
In Milano Marittima there are no guarded paid parking.

Can I take my pet with me on vacation?
Sure! In our hotels your little friends are also our friends. Small and medium-sized dogs, cats, as well as rabbits and budgies, are always welcome. They will have free access in the room, in the Hall and in the garden.
Is the beach included in the price?
The beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room) is included for stays of minimum 7 nights in full board or half board, except for packages or special offers.
Which are the affiliated bathing establishments?
The establishments affiliated with the Hotel Viamare are Bagno Le Saline and Bagno Paparazzi (with a supplement of € 4 per day for the months of July and August).

Are beach towels provided?
At the moment, due to COVID rules, we do not provide beach towels.
Can I choose the bathhouse?
At the time of booking it is possible to choose one of the affiliated establishments subject to their availability. If a particular establishment is not specified, the assignment will be made at the discretion of the booking office. For some bathing establishments there is a daily supplement.
Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?
The Viamare Hotel does not have a swimming pool.
Do you have bicycles available?
Yes. In the hotel you will find a free and non-bookable bicycle service. Some bicycles are equipped with child seats for the little ones. T
he keys of the bicycles are collected at the reception and must be returned within 3 hours of collection, otherwise € 2.00 per hour will be charged.
Is WiFi available throughout the hotel?
Yes. Wifi is free and available both in the rooms and in the common areas.
Is the concierge service always present?
At Hotel Viamare the reception is open 24 hours a day.
Are drinks included with meals?
With the All Inclusive Formula you will always have water, wine and soft drinks included in the price during meals and without limitation.
Do you have agreements with the Mirabilandia park?
Directly at the hotel or at the time of booking your stay, you can buy entrance tickets to the Mirabilandia park at discounted prices and with dedicated promotions.

I am intolerant to some foods, is it possible to make changes to the menu?
Our Chefs are at your disposal to adapt the menu to your needs.
We use specific products for celiacs or intolerants and separate cooking systems, but we do not have a special kitchen available.
A menu of products for celiacs or intolerants is available for breakfast. .
Is lunch on the day of arrival included?
In case of full board treatment, lunch on the day of arrival is already included in the booking. If customers do not use the lunch on the day of arrival, it will not be possible to retrieve it on the day of departure, but you can collect your “travel basket”. It will be sufficient to request it the night before during dinner directly to your waiter.
Meals not taken from the day after arrival will not be deducted from the bill.

From what time is it possible to check in on the day of arrival?
We guarantee the delivery of the room by 14.00. In any case, it will be possible to use a left-luggage office, common areas and the beach since the morning
What time are the rooms ready?
All rooms are delivered no later than 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.
If you arrive at the hotel and your room is not ready you can still check-in, leave your luggage and start your holiday!
Until what time can I stay in the room on the day of departure?
Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure.
Based on availability we can arrange a late check out for a fee.

What kinds of baby amenities do you have in the room?
In the hotel, upon reservation, it is possible to find in the room the travel cot with anti-suffocation pillow, the bumper rails, the baby bath tub and the bottle warmer.
What kinds of services for children do you have at the restaurant?
In the restaurants of our hotels you can find high chairs, backsplashes, baby cutlery and crockery, bibs and placemats to color.
Our Chefs are at your complete disposal to cook baby food, broths, vegetable soups and soups for the little ones and to prepare your favorite dishes for children of all ages.
A complete line of baby food is available: meat, fish, cheese and fruit.
Little ones can enter the room half an hour before the opening time after notifying the Maître.
Is there entertainment for children in the hotel?

Is there entertainment on the beach?
In our affiliated establishments there is no animation but you can find a playground for the little ones as well as ping pong tables and beach volleyball and basketball courts for the older ones.
